TrialTriage helps users identify approved cancer treatment information, evaluate potential clinical trial options, and support oncology-related analytics and reporting. Some TrialTriage services may also be offered to or through healthcare providers, payers, employers, research organizations, sponsors, or other business customers.

Information We Collect
Contact and Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, username and account credentials, organization, job title, and business contact details.
Patient and Health-Related Information: Cancer diagnosis and disease characteristics; biomarker, genomic, pathology, and staging information; treatment history and medication information; clinical trial eligibility responses; physician, treatment center, and geographic proximity information; insurance-related information when relevant; and files or records submitted to support matching, analytics, or reporting. TrialTriage seeks to limit collection of health-related information to what is reasonably necessary for the Services requested.
Business and Commercial Information: Contract and billing contacts, customer support communications, product usage and account administration records, uploaded trial or efficacy data, and reporting selections.
Automatically Collected Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type and identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, session duration, clicks, feature usage, and approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
How We Use Information
TrialTriage may use personal information to provide and operate the Services; generate patient-facing or business-facing reports including treatment and clinical trial matching outputs; assess eligibility for clinical trial opportunities; communicate with patients, caregivers, providers, and business customers; maintain and secure accounts; respond to inquiries and feedback; improve products, analytics, and user experience; perform research and internal analytics using de-identified or aggregated data; comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations; and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
How We Share Information
TrialTriage does not sell personal information for money. TrialTriage may disclose personal information to service providers supporting hosting, analytics, communications, and security; to healthcare providers, sites, sponsors, and referral partners when necessary to deliver a requested service; to business customers when required for contracted services and permitted by law; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction; to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; and to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of TrialTriage, its users, and the public.
